At Seb Skincare, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
